Each pathway reflects a different level of engagement for individuals, leaders, and organizations seeking clarity, wellness, and sustainable results.
Pathway 1: Professional Counseling Services
Licensed Professional Counseling services are available for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Services may be delivered through secure TeleMental Health platforms or in accordance with state licensure regulations.
Counseling Rates
Professional Individual Counseling$205 per 60-minute session
Professional Couples and/or Family Counseling$235 per 60-minute session
Professional Group Counseling$85 per person for a 75-minute session
A complimentary 15-minute video consultation is available for individuals who would like to explore whether counseling services are the right fit before scheduling their first appointment.

You may wish to ask the following questions when verifying your benefits:
Does my plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it?
Does my plan limit how many therapy sessions I can have per year?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
Pathway 2: Leadership Development & Executive Intensives
Leadership development services support professionals, executives, and organizational leaders seeking greater clarity, emotional regulation under pressure, ethical decision-making, and sustainable performance outcomes.
These services include Professional Performance Counseling Intensives™, leadership advisement, and executive development experiences grounded in the Rhodes Regulation & Results Framework™.
Rates are available upon request.
Engagements are customized based on the scope, duration, and leadership needs of the individual or organization.
Pathway 3: Consulting & Strategic Advisory Services
Consulting services support organizations, healthcare systems, nonprofits, educational institutions, and leadership teams navigating growth, complex decision-making, and workforce wellness initiatives.

Pathway 4: Professional Training & Certification
Professional training, certification programs, and continuing education opportunities are offered through The Wellness Path Institute™.
These programs equip counselors, leaders, and organizations with trauma-informed, ethically grounded tools for leadership, counseling, and whole-person wellness.

Payment Options
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged through a consulting or training agreement.

These options may allow individuals or organizations to divide payments into installments when applicable.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled counseling session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee.
