The Four Pathways

The work of Dr. Chalice C. Rhodes, PhD, LPC, NCC, BC-TMH is delivered through four integrated pathways designed to advance whole-person healing, ethical leadership, and professional excellence.

Each pathway reflects a distinct area of service while remaining grounded in the Rhodes Regulation & Results Framework™, which strengthens emotional regulation, executive functioning, decision-making, and sustainable outcomes.

  1. Licensed Professional Counseling – Trauma-informed TeleMental Health counseling supporting emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and whole-person wellness for clients in GA, FL, DE, and NJ.

  2. Professional Performance Counseling Intensives™ – Structured counseling sessions for professionals and leaders in GA, FL, DE, and NJ that integrate clinical methodologies with leadership and performance development.

  • New Jersey

**This limitation is required by state counseling licensure laws.

Professional Performance Counseling Intensives™

Professional Performance Counseling Intensives™ are structured counseling sessions designed for professionals seeking support in strengthening leadership functioning and professional performance.

These intensives integrate the Rhodes Regulation & Results Framework™ within the scope of Licensed Professional Counseling.
